Circadian Cycle
The circadian cycle is what we commonly call the “biological clock”, it is what establishes our body's rhythm during the day, regulating our daytime and nighttime activities.
It has a direct influence on the time and quality of sleep, alertness and activity, production and release of hormones, that is, it interferes with our metabolism and how we behave during periods of the day.
One of the fundamental agents in this cycle is lighting, therefore a lamp that follows the phases of the day is capable of stimulating attention, concentration, and also comfort and well-being.
